Man dies 10 months after being attacked in Parkdale; Suspect accused of murder – CP24

A 63-year-old man has died 10 months after he was attacked at a multi-share residence in Parkdale.

Toronto police said the incident happened Jan. 23 at a home near Toronto. Fuller Boulevard and Queen Street Westwest of Lansdowne Boulevard.

Police said Alan Mylachuk was seriously injured in the attack and taken to hospital. On Friday, police announced that he died on November 23.

Mylachuk city 80th murder victim of the year.

Meanwhile, a suspect identified as 56-year-old Timothy Graves was initially arrested and charged with aggravated assault and failure to comply with an evacuation order.

Graves was arrested again Tuesday and charged with second-degree murder, police said.

Police said Graves and the victim knew each other.
