The incident occurred at noon. Earlier, the security guards had canceled Sheeja’s engineering license. It was reported that the license of a building in Palluthy was canceled due to some irregularities in its construction.

Sheeja’s license was used to get permission to construct a residential building in Palluthy. However, during the construction period, the building was converted into a commercial property and Sheeja opposed it. The builders then completed the project using someone else’s permit. However, Vigilance’s investigation into the incident allegedly led authorities to revoke Sheeja’s licence. Sheeja maintains her innocence and claims that she was framed in this case.
