Man taken to hospital after ‘reports of violence’ in Little Paxton

A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after incidents of violence in a village were reported to the police.

Police attended an address on the B1041 Great North Road in Little Paxton, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, at around 22:30 GMT on Wednesday.

Officers remained at the scene and a cordon was established between Park Avenue and Mill Lane, blocking off motorists and pedestrians.

A police spokesman said a man remained in hospital and inquiries were ongoing but no arrests had been made yet.
