Indictment for Danka Ilić murder confirmed

The court issued a decision confirming the indictment, which could be appealed to the Niš Court of Appeal, which was also approved in that court for Tanjug.

On September 24, the prosecutor’s office submitted the indictment against the suspects to the court for approval. In the indictment, SJ and DD are accused of aggravated murder as a party to the crime, while RD is accused of aiding the perpetrator after the commission of the crime and not reporting the crime and the perpetrator.

In the indictment, the prosecution suggested that the court sentence DD and SJ to life imprisonment.

DD and SJ are suspected of hitting a two-year-old girl with a car belonging to the JKP “Vodovod” company, where they worked, in Banjsko polyje near Bor on March 26, and then forcing her into the car.

It is suspected that they dumped his body in a landfill where it was later moved. The girl’s body has not been found yet.

It is suspected that RD’s son helped him carry the girl’s body.

DD’s own brother, DD, died during detention at the Police Department building in Bor on April 7.
