Two men accused of York’s murder appeared in court

Two men accused of killing Indrit Mustafaj appeared in court.

Mr Mustafaj, 26, from Bradford, died after being seriously injured at a house in Vyner Street, York, on Saturday.

Michael Mulvana, 31, and Jobie Tyers, 27, were arrested and charged with murder as well as wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to another man and woman.

Mr Mulvana, of Bright Street, and Mr Tyers, of Croft Farm, were remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court on Monday.
