Two teenagers and a sex worker who planned to kill a rival drug dealer have been sentenced to life imprisonment.

Sacad Ali, 24, was brought to Ponderosa Park in Sheffield by Rebecca Moore, where he was ambushed and stabbed to death by Barney Griffin and Jack Douglas for doing business “on their turf”.

Griffin, who was 17 at the time, was sentenced to at least 16 years in prison, while Douglas and Moore, who was 16 at the time, were each sentenced to at least 15 years.

Sentencing the trio, Sheffield Recorder Judge Jeremy Richardson KC said: “You were all in this together. All three of you committed murder.”
