Shocking Mass Rape Allegations Against Nurse in Kanpur: A Disturbing Incident Revealed During Her Morning Go to Work | Kanpur News

Gang raped on her way to work: Nurse

Kanpur: A 30-year-old staff nurse working at a primary health center in Jalaun was allegedly gang-raped on Thursday morning. According to his complaint, while he was commuting to work on his scooter, he was ambushed and attacked in a secluded area near Musmaria turnoff adjacent to Suhakhar Kheda. Police said the incident was a result of her affair with a married man. “Although there is no preliminary evidence of gang rape, a detailed medical report is awaited,” a police official said.
According to the survivor’s statement in the FIR, two men, identified as Govind and Ram Milan, acting on the instructions of her neighbor Jayanti Devi, forcibly dragged her to the neighboring forest, where they restrained her, physically assaulted her and sexually assaulted her. The attackers fled after nearby farmers working in the forest responded to his cries for help.
The survivor revealed that her neighbor Jayanti Devi had earlier confronted her for allegedly having an affair with her husband, which led to a dispute the previous day. The complaint states that after this argument, Jayanti Devi first threatened him and then carried out the attack with her two accomplices, during which they stole the victim’s mobile phone and money and subjected her to physical and sexual violence. The police made a formal complaint against the defendant.
The survivor’s wife disclosed that she was working as a staff nurse in a PHC under Churkhi police station. While he was riding his scooter to work on Thursday morning, he was blocked by several men who forcibly pulled him into the nearby bushes. “She was on her way to work around 09:00. She called me to tell me what happened. A man, his nephew and a few people beat her. Four of them held her on the ground, and two people gang-raped her with a stick and a stick. They also put pepper powder on her private parts. The police took her to medical school. “He sent him for control and treatment,” he said.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident was a result of the victim’s alleged ‘improper relationship’ with a married person, Superintendent of Police Jalaun Durgesh Kumar told TOI.
“We detained two of the suspects mentioned in the case, and their interrogation continues. So far, we have not found any evidence of gang rape and rape of their private parts with pepper powder, as stated in the complaint,” he said. He added that although the case was recorded on charges of gang rape, a detailed medical report is awaited.
