It’s hard not to cheat in marriage – Mr Makaroni

comedian and actor Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr. Makaroni, has opened up about the challenges of maintaining fidelity in marriages and relationships, describing it as a “possible but difficult” task.

Speaking on the Diary of a Naija Girl podcast, the popular skit producer touched on the intricacies of staying committed and noted that while it is easy to give advice on relationships, it can be more difficult to stick to these principles in personal life.

Mr. Makaroni emphasized that cheating is a universal problem that affects both men and women.

He emphasized that once a person starts down the path of infidelity, it can become increasingly difficult to turn back.

“It is possible not to cheat, but it is very difficult. I may not be in a relationship right now or thinking about it, but I am a relationship expert. I am serious.

“I’m an expert because my friends talk to me about their relationships and I give them advice. But because I’m outside of the relationship, I find it easy to help them.

“So, as a married person, it is very difficult not to cheat. Both men and women, not just men… You tell yourself you will only cheat once, but once you start there will be no going back.”
