Coronation Street star explains why Rosie Webster isn’t returning

Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan She explained why she didn’t return as Rosie Webster and shared that the producers didn’t offer it to her.

“I would definitely love to go back. I spoke to Sally (Dynevor) the other day and said: ‘Oh, you know, I need to get back.’ But they didn’t ask me,” Flanagan said.

“If they ask you, you have to come back. It’s up to the producer, it’s not really up to you. You have to be asked, you can’t just show up. It would be great. But you also want a good story.”

While the possibility of a return seems unlikely at the moment, Flanagan spoke about her experience with the series and praised the various writers for giving Rosie exciting storylines.

“It’s funny when I look back because I was so lucky, I had great stories from my childhood until I left when I was 21,” he said. “I’ve always been written for and I’ve always had great stories.
