Geneva Woman Accused of Child Endangerment and Abuse

A Geneva woman was arrested Wednesday evening after a domestic incident that involved a physical fight in front of children, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a residence on Reed Road around 6:39 p.m., where an investigation led to the arrest of 36-year-old Kacy E. Bucklin. Authorities allege Bucklin struck a 38-year-old man during a dispute, endangering his welfare. children present.

Bucklin was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment related to the fight.

He was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held pending a hearing in CAP Court Thursday morning.

Authorities did not provide additional details about the children involved or the nature of the dispute.
