Fight breaks out in Delhi metro, netizens call it “relieving office stress”, watch

Delhi Metro is known as the lifeline of the city where millions of people commute to work every day. Small fights between passengers are not uncommon due to overcrowding. However, the incident we are talking about is far from a minor controversy. Recently, a video of a brutal fight between two people in the Delhi Metro went viral on social media. As the two men fought, other passengers pulled over and someone filmed the incident; this is now widely shared.

In the viral video, two middle-aged men can be seen getting into a physical fight over something. They are seen punching each other and suddenly one of them falls. Even after falling, neither of them stops fighting. As the argument escalated, women sitting nearby screamed. While some passengers try to separate the two, they continue to fight. The video, which is only 12 seconds long, was shared by the @gharkekalesh social media account and it is not clear how the fight ended.

The video received interesting reactions from citizens. One user joked, “Welcome to Delhi Metro. Next station: Fistfight.” Another commented, “There’s never a shortage of entertainment in Delhi Metro.” One user humorously added: “We need to launch the metro in Pune too because we want to see a fight here too.”
