Waupun drug arrests; Couple accused of selling prescription drugs

WAUPUN, Wis. – waupun police arrested a man and woman on Tuesday, November 26; The couple was suspected of dealing drugs at their home on Sawyer Street in the city.

Authorities said they initially received information that the two men were “actively selling prescription drugs.”

Officers obtained a search warrant. waupun Police Department and Dodge County Narcotics Teams searched the house.

36-year-old woman, Protecting a Drug Trafficking Place, II. Delivering Drugs in Plan, IV. He was taken into custody on charges of Possession of Drugs and Neglect of a Child. A 42-year-old man was taken into custody on a charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule III Drugs. Both man and woman were taken to hospital Dodge County Detention Facility.

Dodge County Child Protective Services helped place the children in dormitories.
