Columbiana man charged with stabbing wife to death witnessed by teens

A 46-year-old man is accused of killing his wife over the weekend in Columbiana.

Kennixe Lee Walton is charged with murder in the death of 38-year-old Charity Lea Snow, according to court records made public Monday.

Columbiana police responded to the 400 block of Industrial Parkway early Saturday. Snow was pronounced dead shortly after 2:30 a.m.

Charging documents state Snow was stabbed to death. Many young people were cited as witnesses.

Walton is being held without bail pending an Aniah Law hearing.
