Rolla man accused of seducing children

A Rolla man was charged with child seduction in Phelps County on Saturday.

David Hadley, 24, was arrested Friday and is being held in the Phelps County Jail on $250,000 bail. A limited docket hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a representative from the organization Bikers Against Predators told law enforcement they had evidence that Hadley had committed a sex crime. The group told law enforcement that Hadley sent a “female bait” message between September 12 and October 1. The description says 25.

The statement claimed that the group falsely claimed to be 13 years old and that Hadley demanded explicit images and sexual favors. In the statement, Hadley allegedly told the account that she was “with five 12-year-olds.” The statement claimed that the group came to his home on Friday and recorded an interaction.

The group provided law enforcement with a video that purported to show Hadley acknowledging the girl’s age, giving her address to the account user, requesting explicit videos, and posting a sexually explicit image to the account.
