Timothy Lincoln, 42, allegedly made the phone call outside Ulta Beauty on Saturday morning. During the conversation, he allegedly said this to the person he was talking to. “I’m going to blow this shit up!

The store employee who was outside allegedly heard him. Customers and employees inside was evacuated and the police were called. It is unclear from the complaint whether Lincoln entered the store.

When police arrived at the scene, Lincoln was taken into custody. Opelika Police Department searched the area for explosives but did not find anything.

Lincoln’s mugshot is striking; his beard is dyed blue and his face is covered in colored markings. The markings appear to be paint or some type of makeup, not tattoos. It is unclear when Lincoln made these signs, and police had no comment on them at the time of this report.

Ulta Beauty banned Lincoln from all its stores for life.

He faces charges of first-degree terroristic threats. Lincoln is currently being held in the Lee County Detention Center on $100,000 bail. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.

This is the second incident this year where someone allegedly threatened to blow up a beauty and fashion store. But this incident was a little more complicated than an allegedly threatening phone call.

In June, Williams Rodriguez-Juarez was charged in Boston with unarmed robbery, making bomb or kidnapping threats, assault and battery on a police officer, strangulation or strangulation, trespassing, resisting arrest and three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. Boston 25.

Rodriguez-Juarez’s long list of alleged offenses occurred after he visited a Primark store while drunk and began shouting at employees near the store’s docking area. Police allege the man made sexual comments to staff and threatened to steal goods before threatening to “blow the place up”.

When police arrived, Rodriguez-Juarez allegedly struggled with a security guard and demanded that police arrest the security guard. They did not do so and instead tried to detain him. He allegedly fought back and even bit a police officer who tried to stop him.

He was arrested and brought to court in August.
