Sean “Diddy” Combs In one of two lawsuits filed Monday, he is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a New York City hotel room in 2005.

The second lawsuit accuses the jailed hip-hop mogul of similarly assaulting a 17-year-old potential contestant on the reality television series The Making of the Band In 2008.

The lawsuits, filed in New York State Supreme Court, are the latest in a wave of lawsuits in which accusers allege they were sexually assaulted by Combs at parties and gatherings over the past two decades.

Combs’ attorneys denied the two new allegations Monday and accused plaintiffs’ attorney Anthony Buzbee, who also represented the accusers in previous cases, of publicity-seeking.

“Mr. “Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” the statement said. “The truth will prevail in court: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.”

Combs, 54, Incarcerated in a New York City jail After pleading not guilty to federal sex trafficking charges included in an indictment that was unsealed the day after his arrest on Sept. 16. The accusations include allegations that he coerced and harassed women and silenced victims through blackmail and violence.

The 10-year-old boy, who was not identified in the lawsuit, was an aspiring actor and rapper who traveled from California with his family for meetings with music industry representatives. According to the lawsuit, while Combs was supposed to have an audition, an employee gave him a drug-laced soda and he was sexually assaulted by the Bad Boy Records founder.

The boy eventually lost consciousness. The file stated that when Combs woke up, he threatened the child’s parents with serious harm if they told anyone what had happened.

In a second lawsuit, an unidentified 17-year-old male said Combs forced him to have sexual intercourse with Combs and a bodyguard during a three-day audition. The Making of the Band Television show produced by Combs.

According to the application, when the aspiring contestant expressed his reservations, he was eliminated from the competition and was unable to return to the music industry for seven years.

Both cases were filed under New York City’s Gender-Based Violence Victims Protection Act; This law allows survivors to file a lawsuit even if the statute of limitations has passed.
