Torilena Fields’ sister’s protective order against her brother denied in Robertson County murder case

MOUNT OF OLIVES, Ky. (FOX 56) — Tuesday morning, a Robertson County judge denied an order of protection; Torilena Fields He was not the only person reported to have been involved in his mother’s gruesome death, saying “there is no evidence”.

Just two days after Fields was arrested for alleged murder tearing his mother to piecestheir sister, Telby Fields, requested an emergency protective order against their brother, Truitt Fields.

Protection order issued after mother’s death: “It’s my turn”

On Oct. 11, Telby alleged that Truitt, 42, had been making threats against both her and her mother’s lives “her entire life.”

The petition stated that Truitt was believed to be “armed and dangerous” and that Telby feared for his life, calling his brother a “monster.”

“Truitt Fields killed me when my body was found,” he pleaded. “Please give me this order; If not, I’m next.”

“He called and threatened to kill me to claim his ‘birthright’ as a firstborn,” she wrote.

He openly claimed that Torilena “murdered” their mother following Truitt’s “advice.” Telby also demanded that he be banned from attending his mother’s funeral, calling himself “unstable”.

The case will appear before the judge on Tuesday morning.

According to court records, a Robertson County judge stated there was no evidence of domestic violence and “there is no evidence of any acts or threats of violence after 2021.”

As a result, the court withdrew the emergency protection order and decided to reject the case.
