Judge, Mo. Sentenced former Dent County fire chief after pleading guilty to child molestation charges

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A judge sentenced a former fire chief and Dent County mayor after he pleaded guilty to harassment charges.

Brad Nash of Salem, MO will spend 15 years in prison. Police arrested him in late 2023.

According to investigators with the Salem Police Department, two underage girls shared the allegations against Nash with authorities. Investigators said the investigation lasted six weeks and ended with authorities searching two areas in Salem where Nash lived.
