Man who stabbed a man in Manhattan was arrested

Three people were arrested following a stabbing in Manhattan on Tuesday night. A 39-year-old man was also listed as a victim following a report of a 53-year-old man stabbing the victim with a knife. It was learned that the injured person was under treatment and his condition was stable.

Marcus Washington, 53, of Manhattan, was arrested on charges of attempted murder and aggravated battery. Washington was issued a bond totaling $250,000 and was being held in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Also regarding this incident; Alvin Love, 41, of Manhattan, was arrested for interfering with law enforcement and hindering prosecution. Love was issued a total bond of $10,000 and was being held in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. Nichole Cochrun, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested for interfering with law enforcement and hindering prosecution. Cochrun was issued a bond totaling $10,000 and was still being held in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
