Warimpex AIRPORTCITY St. sells St. Petersburg

Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft (“Warimpex”), through various Russian companies, operates AIRPORTCITY St. Owns 100% of St. Petersburg. This includes three office properties, a multifunctional building, a hotel and land reserves.

Contracts for the sale of all shares and shareholder loans in all Russian Warimpex companies were signed between Warimpex and a Russian buyer, and the transaction was completed today.

This transaction is expected to have a negative impact on Warimpex’s fiscal year 2024 consolidated net profit of approximately €76 million. This result includes historical reserves from foreign exchange conversion currently recognized in equity; This means that consolidated equity capital is expected to decrease by approximately €35 million to approximately €77 million.

With the completion of the transaction, Warimpex no longer operates in the Russian market.
