Young Thug can finally put his YSL RICO Case He is behind after changing his plea to guilty.

TMZ Superior Court Judge Paige Reese reported that Whitaker offered an unnegotiated plea deal after failing to agree on a deal with the prosecution.

The trial was apparently headed for a mistrial without prejudice, allowing the state to retry the case. But the non-negotiated plea agreement avoids a retrial and allows Judge Whitaker to decide his sentence.

As both sides returned to court for a non-negotiated plea deal, the prosecution recommended that Thug serve 45 years in prison, 25 of which would be behind bars; This was a complete reversal from today offering the possibility of regaining his freedom with 10 years of probation. The prosecution tried to get Donovan “Nut” Thomas’ mother to read a statement before ending argument for the 25-year prison sentence.
