Two people hospitalized after triple stabbing in Brampton

Two people were taken to hospital following a triple stabbing in Brampton Thursday night.

Peel Paramedics were called to a home at 43 Sewells Lane in the area of ​​Chinguacousy Road and Sandalwood Parkway West around 10:30 p.m.

Three victims were identified and one person was treated at the scene. A man in his 60s suffered a head injury and was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Paramedics confirmed a woman in her 30s suffered multiple stab wounds and was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Peel Regional Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident and no suspicious information has been released.
