In one accident, eight vehicles were broken and nine people were injured.

The driver was a woman in her 20s who did not have a driver’s license.

When he did not get off even after the police arrived, he was caught red-handed.

It was investigated that the woman ran away with her child after hitting a mother pushing a stroller in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Police believe there are no alcohol or drug charges and are investigating the crash based on the driver’s statement that he was sedated.
