Telangana: 30 people injured, 4 critical, after passenger bus crashed into parked car in Suryapet – Telangana News

30 people were injured, including four critically, when a government-owned passenger bus collided with a parked private bus in Telangana’s Suryapet district, police said on Saturday.

The accident took place on National Highway 65 near Kodad, when a Telangana Road Transport Corporation bus heading from Hyderabad to Vijayawada crashed into a private bus parked on the roadside.

Due to the impact, 30 passengers were injured, four of them were reported to be in critical condition.

The injured were taken to a state hospital and received treatment.

While the cause of the accident has not yet been determined, the police have launched an investigation.
