Sex-crazed government Chief Executive records over 300 lula lula videos of herself, the President’s sister and other women

Baltasar Ebang Engonga, Director General of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF), is currently at the center of a major scandal after authorities discovered hundreds of sexually explicit videos allegedly showing him in compromising situations.

The videos reportedly include encounters with high-profile people such as his brother’s wife, his cousin, and the sister of Equatorial Guinea’s President.

The scandal emerged during a fraud investigation in which investigators found more than 300 videos on Ebang Engonga’s computer depicting encounters with multiple women, including some married ones.

The footage, found in his personal office, was said to have been recorded with consent and was later leaked online, causing an uproar in the media.

Equatorial Guinea Vice President Teodoro Nguema addressed the scandal in a public statement posted on X (formerly Twitter) and condemned inappropriate behavior in government offices.

He emphasized that sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited in administrative workplaces and warned of the repercussions of violations.

“Given the abuse shown on social media in Equatorial Guinea in recent days, and remembering that ministries are mandated to carry out administrative affairs solely and exclusively to support the development of the country, sexual intercourse is prohibited in offices,” Nguema said.

“Operation mechanisms are already in place and anyone who violates this rule again will be subject to disciplinary action and dismissal for inappropriate behavior.”

Its mandate is to oversee financial investigations and manage activities aimed at preventing financial corruption in the country.
