Man sought after allegedly stabbing driver and stealing car in East York – CP24

Toronto police are searching for a man who allegedly stabbed a driver after an argument and drove away in the victim’s vehicle.

The incident took place in the district at around 04:00 in the morning on Sunday. Coxwell and Mortimer streets.

Officers said the victim drove the suspect to the area when they got into an argument. It was alleged that the defendant stabbed the victim, made him evacuate the vehicle and took the car keys.

Police said he drove away in the victim’s car. The injured, whose life was not in danger, was taken to the hospital.

One In the broadcast published on Wednesday, police said they were looking for 39-year-old Ervis Brocka in connection with the incident.

He is wanted for assault on a motor vehicle and theft.

Police describe him as a 6-foot-10, 220-pound man.
