Two Afghan immigrants accused of raping teenage girl after drinking vodka at a German hostel

Two Afghan immigrants allegedly raped a young girl after drinking vodka in a German hostel.

Wahid R. and Asad Kahn Z., both 24, were living in Dresden in March 2019 when group home managers took them and other residents to Hamburg.

According to the prosecutor, two immigrants drank vodka with a young German girl in a hostel room. When the girl felt dizzy from alcohol, she lay down on the bed to rest.

“The two defendants took advantage of their victim’s vulnerability, robbed her and had sexual intercourse with the woman at least once,” the prosecutor said.

‘They should have realized that the woman was helpless and her consciousness was impaired.’

The girl reported the alleged rape to the police the next day, but Wahid R. and Asad Khan Z. were not arrested.

Neither Afghan commented on the allegations at the hearing held today at the Dresden Regional Court.

His victims, said to be mentally ill, were questioned behind closed doors.

The trial continues.

It comes after another German girl, who was allegedly raped by two Afghan migrants, said she was “their puppet” after they ignored her screams to stop.

The teenager, who goes by the pseudonym Sina, is alleged to have been raped by Afghan immigrants Sayed Sajad H. (23) and Rames H. (22) in Frankfurt’s Sossenheim district, two days after her 18th birthday. Photograph reports.

Sina previously matched with Rames on a dating app and said that on June 13, 2021, she and Sayed went to the pond and drank alcohol, where they attacked her and treated her like their ‘puppet’.

“Since that day in the summer of 2021, nothing has been the same,” 21-year-old Sina told Bild.

Now, three years after the shocking rape, Sina has testified in court against her alleged attackers; Sinai reportedly just smiled at him from the dock as he talked about his ordeal.

‘When I look at their faces, the nightmare repeats itself again. “It’s like everything happened yesterday,” he said.

Sina said the attack started with her and Sayed kissing, during which Sayed bit her lower lip and squeezed her breasts, ignoring Sayed’s objections that he did not want it.

Prosecutors allege Rames then pressured her to go with him to the bushes next to the pond, where he asked her to satisfy him orally.

The prosecutor’s office added that Sina refused, but allegedly took Rames’ hand and placed it on his erect penis, and the 18-year-old did as Afghan asked out of fear.

Sayed then allegedly pushed her into the bushes, pulled down her trousers and raped Sina, while Sina begged, ‘Stop, it hurts.’

Nobody cared about my ‘No’. “They were speaking in their own language, I was their puppet,” he said.

Sayed, who has been living in Germany since 2015, was recognized by the police for assault and convicted in 2016. He works as an electrician.

Meanwhile, Rames is unemployed, has no qualifications and is currently living with his family on a temporary residence permit.

Rames and Sayed reportedly claimed to police that both sexual acts were consensual, which they repeated in court, claiming Sina had initiated it.

But Sina says she made it clear to Rames after they matched on the dating app that he would only go so far as to kiss her when they met.

Sina’s lawyer, Ulrich Warncke, filed a complaint with the court in October 2022 about the postponement of the trial for two years following the accusations against Rames and Sayed.

The decision in the case is expected to be given on December 4.
