Judge sentences man accused of running hunting scheme in Ozarks

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A judge sentenced a man accused of running a hunting scheme in the Ozarks.

Teddy Eddings was given a suspended sentence and probation. He appeared at his sentencing hearing on Friday.

In 2019, On Your Side told you about Theodore or Teddy Eddings. Hunters paid deposits for trips that never took place. Eddings faced two felony charges of theft and criminal securities fraud.

Investigators said Eddings received thousands of dollars from people who invested in his company. These people say Eddings didn’t pay them back and they never got the property.
