Alleged vandal who caused 0 thousand damage to BART entrances was arrested

A man suspected in vandalism that left hundreds of thousands of people damaging entrances to three buildings SanFrancisco BART stations were arrested, officials said.

Saqueo Delcidmontenegro, 28, was taken into custody after being spotted on a ship Tuesday night. BART Tuesday evening by train BART police The transit ambassador who recognized him from an informational brochure.

Many of the destroyed panels are part of new canopies being built at the entrances to stations in the city centre.

It is stated that canopies are required by law to protect new outdoor escalators being installed. The total cost of replacing the panels is estimated at more than $500,000.

Delcidmontenegro, who lives in San Francisco, was booked into the San Francisco County Jail on suspicion of five counts of felony vandalism.
