Daniel Penny case: Witnesses describe the incident

Friday marked the end of the first week in the trial of Daniel Penny, accused of fatally strangling mentally ill homeless Jordan Neely on a New York City subway last May. The prosecution called 24 witnesses, but many appeared to strengthen Penny’s defense, testifying that she had acted to protect herself and others from a potentially violent threat. Trial attorneys Misty Marris, presenting the prosecution’s position, and Randy Zelin, defending, join NewsNation’s “CUOMO” to discuss.
