10 Years Imprisonment for Mohali Drug Trafficker | Chandigarh News

10 years in prison for drug trafficker

Mohali: The local court on Monday sentenced a drug trafficker to 10 years rigorous imprisonment. NDPS Act. The court also imposed a fine of 1 lakh rupees on Jagtar Singh alias Tari, who was caught with 260 grams of heroin near Mohali. A case was filed against him for firing into the air in Faridkot.

The court sentenced the person who molested a minor to 6 months in prison
Nagpur court sentenced Anthony Tembhekar to six months imprisonment for molesting a 17-year-old girl. Tembhekar had entered the girl’s house and harassed her, demanding companionship and trying to lure her to the terrace. Their progress was thwarted by the arrival of the girl’s grandmother, which led to her arrest and subsequent conviction under the POCSO Act.
