Woman found dead under overpass on Holly Street near NRG

HOUSTON – A woman found dead near NRG in south Houston on Monday is being investigated by Houston police.

Around 8:40 Monday morning, Houston Fire Department officials called police after a woman was found dead under an overpass in the 1900 block of Holly Street.

The investigation into the woman’s cause of death is expected to be confirmed by the Harris County Forensic Science Institute.
