Liam Payne gives up on Maya Henry after allegedly taking suggestive photos before her death

Liam Payne sent “unwanted and disturbing” X-rated photos of himself to ex-girlfriend Maya Henry and her family before he died, it has been claimed. This claim is based on a cease and desist letter that Henry’s lawyers issued against the late One Direction singer.

According to court documents filed on October 9, according to the NY Post and Page Six, the legal action took place a week before Payne’s tragic death in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The legal notice from Maya Henry’s attorneys stated: “(Payne) has repeatedly sent unsolicited and disturbing images and videos to Maya Henry and Maya’s family members in the past.”

The alleged sexually explicit images included photographs of Payne’s genitals and numerous videos of him allegedly engaging in disturbing sexual acts. The statement also accused the British singer of “actively contacting” others to distribute “intimate visual material” of Henry, who was in a relationship with Payne from 2018 to 2022.

According to the letter, Maya Henry received an Instagram message from a woman on October 6 claiming that the former One Direction member had contacted her. Payne allegedly offered to send these individual nude photos of both Henry and his current girlfriend (presumably Kate Cassidy).

Henry’s attorneys reportedly sent Payne a cease and desist letter, warning her of potential “criminal action” or a civil lawsuit against her and others involved for “any violation or continuing threat against Maya Henry.” They also stated that if Payne “defamated, threatened, harassed, or intimidated Henry or his family,” Henry would seek punitive damages, but the amount sought was not specified.

It remains unclear whether Payne responded to the notice, as he passed away before the 10 business day response period.

In addition to her legal actions, Maya Henry went public with the alleged abuse she suffered during her relationship with Payne.

She made serious accusations about Payne’s abusive behavior and stalking in a TikTok video posted on October 6, saying: “He’s been texting me since we broke up, he’s going to blow up my phone, not just from his phone, always from a different phone. There’s numbers too, it’s So I never know where it’s coming from.”
