Google has introduced new artificial intelligence (AI) security tools for Android devices.

Both features are available for Google Pixel 6 and newer models.

First available in the United States for Google Beta users, fraud detection on Phone will only work on English searches, while Google Play Protection live alerts will be available globally.

The technology giant explained the update with an example; If a caller claims to be from the user’s bank and requests a money transfer due to a breach, the AI ​​model can analyze the conversation and cross-check it with the database to determine if it is similar. There were frauds.

If the AI ​​detects a potential scam, it will trigger an audio and haptic alert, as well as a visual alert.

The second feature, Google play protection, uses AI-powered Live Threat Detection to monitor installed apps for suspicious behavior.

Google’s AI tool can detect apps that remain dormant after installation to avoid suspicion, as it can alert users to harmful behavior and help prevent data theft.

The tool will initially focus on tracking software and malicious applications that collect sensitive data without permission.
