1 dead in I-65 crash in Fultondale

FULTONDALE, Ala. (WBRC) – One person was killed in a fatal crash in Fultondale Thursday afternoon.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the single-vehicle crash occurred at 1:03 p.m. on southbound I-65 near mile marker 265.

Authorities in Fultondale say Fultondale Fire and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency are still on the scene.

Two lanes are currently closed on I-65 SB just before the I-22 interchange.
