Wakefield: Police officer pleads guilty to drink driving

A second officer, unrelated to Mr Iqbal, also appeared in court earlier.

Aisha Iqbal, 27, of Buxton Place, Wakefield, is charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice between 17 May 2023 and 31 October 2023.

Ms. Iqbal did not have a lawyer representing her but stated that she would plead not guilty.

He will also appear at Bradford Crown Court on December 16.

Both officers were suspended from duty.
