Strictly speaking, Sarah Hadland broke down in tears as she explained the meaning behind her Couples’ Choice dance

Sarah Hadland gets emotional as she details the motivation behind her latest project Definitely Come Dance performance.

Head judge Shirley Ballas said: “You represent all women in what you can achieve if you believe, and I think this was your best dance.”

Anton Du Beke, meanwhile, repeated: “This is the best thing you’ve done for miles.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Chris McCausland achieved the highest score of the series so far by performing Paul Anka’s American Smooth to “Jump” with partner Dianne Buswell.
