Coroner found dead north of city center on Saturday night

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The person found dead north of downtown Saturday night has been identified as a 58-year-old Fort Wayne man.

James Anthony Glenn’s death was ruled a homicide, according to the Allen County Medical Examiner’s Office. He is the 39th homicide victim in Allen County this year.

He was found dead in the 600 block of Tennessee Avenue. An autopsy determined the cause of death to be multiple gunshot wounds.

The Fort Wayne Police Department, Allen County Coroner’s Office and Allen County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate his death.
