Johnstown woman charged with theft

State Police arrested a Johnstown woman on burglary charges.

According to police, Leslie J. Davis, 55, was seen going through trash by a Perth homeowner on Nov. 10. Davis then left the scene in a vehicle. The homeowner then noticed Davis allegedly entering the home and taking her belongings.

Davis was arrested on Nov. 12 and taken to the Fulton County Jail pending arraignment.
