Past dividend payment of Aktsiaselts Infortar

Aktsiaselts Infortar will pay the second dividend installment of 1.5 euros net per share for the 2023 financial year. The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be recorded at the end of the business day of the clearing system of the securities registrar on December 3, 2024 (record date). Therefore, the change date of the rights regarding the shares (old date) is 2 December 2024. People who purchased shares after this date will not be entitled to receive dividends for the 2023 fiscal year as of December 12, 2024.

The dividend will be paid to Shareholders via bank account transfer on December 12, 2024.

Infortar operates in seven countries and the company’s main areas of activity are maritime transport, energy and real estate. Infortar has a 68.47% stake in Tallink Grupp, a 100% stake in Eesti Gaas and approx. 116,000 m2. Infortar, in addition to its three main areas of activity, also operates in construction and mineral resources, agriculture, printing, taxi driving and other fields. A total of 105 companies belong to the Infortar group: 96 subsidiaries, 4 subsidiary companies and 5 subsidiary companies. Infortar employs 6,108 people, excluding subsidiaries.
