The Eagan Police Department announced Tuesday that investigators have determined that a sexual assault reported earlier this month never occurred.

RELATING TO: Authorities are investigating separate attacks at Lebanon Hills Park in Eagan

Police said the woman admitted that her allegations of sexual assault on November 7 were false and will be charged with filing a false police report. Authorities are not releasing his name as of now.

Investigators also say they are still investigating the physical assault that occurred at the park on Sept. 7, but they say they do not have any updates to share at this time. They asked the public to be careful and report suspicious people and/or vehicles.
