Five new lawsuits were filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs in New York City on Tuesday; each accused Combs of “violent sexual assault” against unnamed plaintiffs; One of the cases alleged rape, and the other alleged that Combs attacked a 17-year-old boy. .

Each plaintiff is represented by Buzbee Law Firm.

In addition to Combs, the emperor’s Daddy’s House Recordings, Combs Enterprises, Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Bad Boys Books Holdings, Bad Boys Records, Bad Boy Entertainment and Bad Boy Productions are also among the defendants.

The first lawsuit alleges that Combs violently assaulted an 18-year-old woman (identified as Jane Doe) outside a Halloween party in the city. The lawsuit details some pre-existing allegations against Combs and says the assault in question occurred in 2001, when the woman and her cousin attended the party.

At one point, the duo was escorted by Combs’ security guards “to a large black SUV limousine parked within walking distance of the club.” Combs and “at least six members” of his entourage were in the vehicle. “One of the men handed the Plaintiff a drink. Minutes later, he began to feel dizzy, drunk, and disoriented. He felt as if he could not control his own actions,” the lawsuit alleges.

Combs allegedly told the woman to perform oral sex on the security guards and “degradingly sprayed them with champagne for performing these sexual acts against their will.”

The second lawsuit details a “violent sexual assault and rape” that allegedly occurred in Miami. The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims he frequently spent time “with Combs’ business associates at a popular Miami nightclub.” One evening, he was invited to an after-hours event at Combs’ house.

Combs offered to take the man on a tour of his home, which “ended in the bedroom” where five people were already inside. The plaintiff “suddenly felt weak and disoriented” and “soon lost complete consciousness.”

“After a while, he woke up with a sharp pain in his rectum and anus. When he regained some consciousness, he realized his clothes were missing, but he had no memory of taking them off or where they were,” the documents read. “When he turned to check for pain coming from his anus, he saw Combs naked, fully erect, trying to insert his penis into Plaintiff’s anus.”

The third lawsuit also accuses Combs of committing a “violent sexual assault” against the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, who was “brought to New York City to meet with Defendant Sean Combs for a possible acting role in a music video.”

In 2001, the plaintiff flew to New York to meet with a casting director. He entered a room with “the casting director and a muscular, middle-aged African-American man who stated that he worked for Defendant Combs and was Combs’ assistant or bodyguard” and “a dozen other people.”

When Combs entered the room, he was told that the plaintiff was a “white man pretending to be a cop.” He asked the plaintiff to “stand up and take off his shirt.” The documents allege that the plaintiff was offered an alcoholic beverage, which he refused and then drank a “glass of” Diet Coke that “tasted strange.”

He then “came into a twilight state, still dizzy and nauseous, but semi-conscious.”
and had lost his bearings,” and he soon “realized that he was lying face down on a large divan, with his head and arms hanging on one side and the lower half of his body on the other.”

“His trousers were pulled down to his ankles and his shirt was pulled aside.
“She felt immense pain and, looking back, realized she had been anally raped by Combs. Her vision was blurry, but she recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross that Combs was wearing during the interview,” the documents say.

The plaintiff also alleges that she was attacked by Combs’ bodyguard, as well as “a Caucasian man who sat on the couch in front of her and verbally raped her.” He later had to visit a proctologist and get dentures to replace the ones broken during the attack.

The fourth lawsuit was filed by Jane Doe, who was 17 at the time of the alleged sexual assault at a Fourth of July Party held at Combs’ home. The woman said she was invited to the party after attending a modeling event in New York City; this event “turned out to be one of Defendant Combs’ infamous 4th of July parties”
“At his mansion in the Hamptons.”

She had to hand over her phone and purse before entering the party, and “while wandering around the party, she recognized numerous celebrities attending the party.”
party.” As in the other cases, the plaintiff alleges that he was given drinks and soon “began to feel dizzy and disoriented.”

The plaintiff lost consciousness on the couch. After waking up again, “Plaintiff was missing underwear and felt throbbing pains in her vaginal and anal areas.” The woman began hyperventilating and Combs and two guards approached her. “Combs told Plaintiff that if she spoke about what was going on she would be in danger and that ‘he runs New York and will destroy it.’ At this point, Plaintiff at least realized that Combs had sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious. “He was afraid his life would be in danger.”

The documents also state that the woman agreed not to contact police so she could get her phone and purse back. “Following the attack, Plaintiff suffered and continues to experience intense emotional pain and mental health issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety.”

The fifth lawsuit details a “violent sexual assault” against John Doe in New York. The then-39-year-old attended a party hosted by Combs “at a big, stately house in New York City.”

At one point during the night, the plaintiff drank an alcoholic beverage and “began to lose orientation, lose control of his body, and lose consciousness,” the lawsuit states. He then collapsed, according to the lawsuit.

“When the plaintiff regained consciousness, he was in a dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets. Everything around was dark. The plaintiff was horrified to see Combs being raped on top of her,” the lawsuit alleges.

The lawsuits add to dozens of lawsuits filed against Combs in recent months. Combs is currently in jail in New York City, awaiting trial on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
