Larry Kudlow reacted to Trump’s immigration policy

No matter what liberals say, Donald Trump it will close the border and deport criminals and that’s what the debate is about. As the Venezuelan gangster who tragically killed Laken Riley was sentenced to life in prison without parole for the brutal murder of the young nursing student, all eyes were once again turned to the immigration issue. This killer of illegal immigrants was caught crossing the border in 2022 and was quickly released to America on parole.

A year later he was arrested in New York, charged with multiple crimes, and of course released before ICE could catch him. Meanwhile, he allegedly flew to Georgia at taxpayer expense.

This is not the first murder committed by an illegal immigrant, nor is it the first time liberal prosecutors have released illegal immigrant criminals in sanctuary cities; but liberals never seem to learn. Donald Trump We just won a landslide victory where one of the most important issues was to close the border and stop the flow of illegals. This was a change order. Yet listen to some of these liberal whiners who insist on opposing Trump’s plan to deport criminals…

The idea that Trump will break up families, jail grandmothers, or march the military through city streets is a completely false illusion.

New border czar Tom Homan has made clear that any use of the military will be for non-executive tasks such as transportation, infrastructure or administration. The idea that liberals would stand at the door of the schoolhouse or go up to the steps of city hall and stop Mr Trump Deporting criminals is not only bad policy, it’s also illegal.

I’m not a lawyer, but first of all, federal laws prevail over local laws. Second, section 287(G) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act allows ICE enforcement and removal operations to identify and remove incarcerated criminal noncitizens.

It also allows ICE and other immigration authorities to cooperate with state and local law partners to protect the homeland by detaining and deporting noncitizens who undermine the security of our nation’s communities, again with federal law superseding local laws.

Mr. Trump and Mr. Homan will undoubtedly use these and other laws to repatriate criminals, prevent terrorists from coming here, and close the border. He was elected to do this, and if liberals continue to fight this then they will continue to lose elections overwhelmingly. This is the riff.
