Felony charges against Shad Olson dismissed

RAPID CITY, SD (KOTA) – The Meade County State’s Attorney’s Office is dropping felony domestic violence charges against former Rapid City TV host Shad Olson.

Olson was charged with aggravated assault-domestic violence for attacking a woman in her home in February.

This charge has now been dismissed.

Olson still faces a charge of simple assault-domestic violence.
