Sean Diddy Combs: Sexual assault lawsuit filed by then-39-year-old man against music mogul dismissed

NEW YORK — A federal judge in New York on Wednesday dismissed a civil lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs by a 39-year-old man who said he was sexually assaulted by Combs at a 2022 house party in New York.

The anonymous plaintiff, who now lives in Georgia, said he attended the party with friends and consumed alcohol provided to him by others at the party.

“After consuming the beverage, Plaintiff began to become disorientated and began to lose control of his body and lose consciousness,” the lawsuit states, which mirrors the true pattern of other unnamed accusers represented by personal injury attorneys who have filed numerous other lawsuits against Combs. The expression was used. .

According to the man’s statement, when he regained consciousness, he was “in a dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets. Everything around him was dark. The plaintiff was horrified as he found Combs on top of him and raped him.”

On Wednesday, the judge said the plaintiff failed to get permission from the court to file anonymously under the name John Doe. He dismissed the case because “such proceeding must be commenced as a miscellaneous proceeding with permission from the Court to proceed using a pseudonym.”

The lawsuits filed against Combs by Houston-based personal injury attorney Tony Buzbee all involve unnamed plaintiffs.

Buzbee was sued this week by an anonymous plaintiff who is somehow connected to Combs, accusing Buzbee and his firm of blackmail.

Another Combs accuser said he was an actor in the late 1990s and early 2000s when Combs and others sexually assaulted him after luring him to New York for a possible role in a music video.

“Plaintiff heard Combs say ‘he’ll do it.’ Combs then told Plaintiff he could sit back down,” he said.

The man said he was given soda laced with something that caused him to pass out. “His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross that Combs was wearing during the interview. Plaintiff tried to fight it off, but whenever he tried to move he felt dizzy and sick. Also in the Lawsuit, Combs’ bodyguard was holding Plaintiff down by his arms.” ” it was said.

A third new accuser said she was 17 when Combs sexually assaulted her at a Fourth of July party in the Hamptons in 2004.

“Combs and two bodyguards approached Plaintiff and threatened her. Combs told Plaintiff that she would be in danger if she talked about what was going on and that ‘he ruled New York and would destroy her.'” At this point, Plaintiff sexually assaulted her, at least while Combs was unconscious. He realized he was there.” he said in his lawsuit.

Combs’ lawyers addressed the case against Buzbee in a statement to ABC News on Tuesday, saying: “The extortion case against Mr. Buzbee exposes the cases against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts designed to get paid.” Celebrities who are afraid of lies being spread about themselves, just like lies are being spread about Mr. Combs.”

Commenting on the sexual assault case, Combs’ attorneys said: “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. The truth will prevail in court: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female.” adult or juvenile.”
