33-year-old man charged in connection with Brockton double stabbing

A 33-year-old man accused of killing one man and wounding another in a double stabbing in Brockton in June was indicted on multiple charges Wednesday, Plymouth District Attorney Tim Cruz announced.

A Plymouth County grand jury indicted Kevin DiGregorio on one count each of murder, armed assault with intent to murder, aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery. In the statement made by Cruz’s office, it was stated that Cruz will appear in court on November 27 due to these charges.

DiGregorio is being held without bail. The indictment takes the case to a higher court.
