Found Guilty in Plot to Kill Rebel FBI Agents on January 6

On January 6, a convicted rioter was found guilty of plotting to kill FBI agents investigating the Capitol riot. Via ABC News:

Edward Kelley, 35, was convicted Wednesday in the federal case filed against him in Knoxville, Tennessee, according to the Department of Justice.

(…) In a press release following the conviction, the Justice Department said Kelley had compiled a “kill list” of FBI agents investigating the January 6 riot.

Prosecutors said he planned to attack the Knoxville FBI office “with car bombs and incendiary devices mounted on drones” and assassinate FBI agents “in their homes and public places such as movie theaters.”

I may be overly optimistic, but I’m guessing even Trump wouldn’t forgive this.
