Speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Wetang’ula, has expressed sadness over the demise of renowned educationist Karega Mutahi.

Wetang’ula explained that he cooperated with Mutahi when he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the same administration.

“The impact of a great man can never be erased. Prof. Mutahi, whose educational journey faced many challenges, will be remembered for the reforms he initiated when the government was pushing for free primary education.” he said.
