US prosecutors charge Indian billionaire Gautam Adani with fraud and bribery

The fallout from fraud and bribery charges against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani is spilling over into the political arena, with opposition leader Rahul Gandhi calling for an investigation and the businessman’s arrest. Mr Gandhi also accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of protecting Adani. But the ruling BJP is retaliating by casting doubt on the timing and credibility of the allegations, while also challenging the opposition’s accountability. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Mumbai.
