HOLLYWOOD agent Michael Carlton Boyington was found dead in his home at the age of 53.

Boyington, known as ‘Cal’, was a producer and talent agent known for his work on MTV’s The Osbournes and Workaholics.

He was found unresponsive at his home in San Pedro, Los Angeles, California, on Monday. Diversity reported.

His obituary described him as having “limitless energy” and being “the life of every party.”

The TV executive is known to have worked on the hit reality show The Osbournes, which featured rock star Ozzy Osbourne, his wife Sharon and their two children Kelly and Jack.

The success of the popular series also marked the beginning of other famous reality shows such as Gene Simmons Family Jewels and Rock of Love with Bret Michaels.

Boyington also worked as an executive producer on Comedy Central’s shows such as Workaholics, which ran for seven seasons.

The series stars Adam DeVine, Blake Anderson and Anders Holmvik as three close friends who work at the same company and have constant problems with their bosses and colleagues.

Originally from Vail, Colorado, Boyington attended Battle Mountain High School.

The talent agency, which was not script-focused, represented producers of hit shows, including Valerie Chow, executive producer of The Great American Recipe.

He also represented Netflix’s Ultimate Beastmaster series producer Moira Noriega and Vivian Payton, who worked on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Reunion and Love & Hip Hop: Miami.

But in April last year, the three co-founders went their separate ways, with Boyington taking sole ownership of the ‘Vital’ name.
